Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay is a bright, modern expression of Chardonnay from Henty in south-west Victoria, including select parcels of fruit from Seppelt's prized Drumborg Vineyard.

The wine derives its name from Victoria's picturesque Jaluka Forest.

The fruit is barrel fermented with solids and little to no malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for nine months in French oak barrels of various sizes with monthly lees stirring.

Pale straw green, Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay has lively citrus and stone fruit flavours with a creamy texture and well integrated oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
